Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information on the platform, as well as impersonating another person or entity. You may not upload malicious software or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or harvest user data without explicit permission. The platform does not tolerate discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content, and users must not violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services. Additionally, any interference with the proper functioning of the Platform is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.

Content Standards

All content you submit to our platform must be accurate and truthful, maintaining professional and appropriate standards at all times. Your submissions must be free from copyright infringement and fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. We expect all users to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in their interactions and content submissions on our platform.

Our Rights

Jobs Anytime owns and retains all rights to the Platform content, including all text, graphics, logos, and software that comprise our service. This includes all Jobs Anytime trademarks and service marks, as well as the overall platform design, layout, and user interface elements. We also maintain exclusive ownership of our proprietary algorithms and matching technology that power our job recommendation and candidate matching systems.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including your resume and profile information, cover letters and application materials, and all messages and communications you send through our system. While you grant us certain usage rights as outlined below, your intellectual property rights in your own content remain with you at all times.

License Grant

By submitting content to our Platform, you grant Jobs Anytime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Resume Writing Service offers personalized quotes and detailed service information available upon contact, ensuring each resume is tailored to your specific career goals and industry requirements. For Career Coaching, we encourage you to enquire about our comprehensive coaching programs and current availability to find the best match for your professional development needs. Service Terms

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature available in your profile settings, which provides immediate account closure. For formal account closure requests, you may also send a written request to our legal team, and we will process your termination request promptly upon receipt.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms of service or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities on our platform. Account termination may also occur if you abuse our services or other users, creating a negative experience for the community. Additionally, failure to pay required fees for premium services may result in account suspension or termination until payment obligations are fulfilled.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, India, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation between the parties in good faith. If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties will engage in mediation conducted by a mutually agreed mediator to find an amicable solution. Should mediation prove unsuccessful, any remaining disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws, providing a final and binding resolution to the matter.

Notification Process

We will notify you of any changes to these terms through email notifications sent to your registered email address, ensuring you receive direct communication about important updates. Additionally, we will post prominent notices on our Platform to inform all users of significant changes to our terms of service. When you log into your account, you may also receive in-app notifications highlighting any recent changes that may affect your use of our services.
